Glyoxysome

Another type of micro bodies are glyoxysome. Each glyoxysome has a single layered bounding membrane enclosing a fine granular stroma. Glyoxysome contain enzymes that can metabolize some of the molecules involved in the photosynthetic process and respiration through oxidation of fatty acid.
Cytoskeleton: The cytosol is organized into a three dimensional network of fibrous proteins called cytoskelton. It plays fundamental roles in mitosis, meiosis, cytokinesis, cell - wall deposition, the maintanence of cell-shape and cell differentiation.
